PCV Coach Driver (Full-time)

We are looking to recruit an experienced and versatile PCV Coach Driver to cover a variety of work including private hire, corporate hire, contract work, day trips/tour work and schools. We believe in providing an all-round excellent quality of service and reliability to our customers.

As one of our drivers you will not only be able to demonstrate that you are a good driver but possess great customer service skills, excellent time keeping and have a sense of pride in your work. The job will involve checking passengers on and off coaches, working to planned itineraries, keeping the coaches presentable to a high standard, and ensuring that all journeys are completed in a professional, timely and safe manner, whilst being an excellent ambassador for the company.

Previous experience of coach work is desirable but not essential. If you are currently working as a bus or coach driver on scheduled routes/services but would like to transition to coach work, where every day is different, then training can be given to the right candidate.

• Valid full PCV Licence
• Digital Tachograph Driver Card
• Valid Driver CPC
• Enhanced DBS Certificate desirable

PCV Minibus Driver (Full & Part-time)

We require PCV coach/minibus drivers on a part-time basis to work evenings, Monday to Friday. Shifts are either 3 hours with a start time of 8.30pm or 4 to 4.5 hours with a start time of 7.30pm.

The role involves completion of walkaround checks, vehicle fuelling when necessary and transporting staff from one site to another over relatively short distances, so they arrive for their shifts safely and on-time for work. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys working on similar routes each shift. It does not involve the handling of cash.

This position would suit candidates who would like regular part-time work 3-5 evenings per week to fit in around their lifestyle.

Experience of working as a driver for a coach operator is not essential, if you are currently working as a local bus service driver but are looking to reduce your hours or semi-retire then we would like to hear from you.

You will need to have a professional manner and attitude to work, be of smart appearance, reliable and punctual and can work on your own initiative.

You will need to available for interview and driving assessment during office hours.
